2. Nature of services

AstroHealAI.com provides AI-generated personalized astrological reports based on Vedic astrology principles. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Birth chart (Kundali) analysis reports
• Planetary position and house interpretation
• Dasha period predictions
• Healing remedy suggestions (gemstones, mantras, rituals)

3. User responsibilities

When using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate birth data (date, time, and place of birth) to generate your report
• Use the services for personal, non-commercial purposes only unless otherwise agreed in writing

• Not use our services for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or replicate our AI systems or report formats

4. Payments and pricing

All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time without prior notice. Price changes will not affect orders already placed and paid for.

Payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors. By making a purchase, you authorize the charge to your chosen payment method.

5. Refund and cancellation policy

Due to the personalized and digital nature of our reports, all sales are final once your report has been generated and delivered to your email address. We do not offer refunds except in the following circumstances:

• Technical non-delivery: If your report was not delivered due to a technical error on our end, you must notify us within 7 days of purchase at hello@astrohealai.com. We will re-send the report or issue a full refund.
• Duplicate payment: If you were accidentally charged twice for the same order, we will refund the duplicate charge promptly.

Refunds will not be provided on the basis of dissatisfaction with astrological predictions, interpretations, or recommendations, as these are inherently subjective.

6. Intellectual property

All content on AstroHealAI.com — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, report templates, AI-generated interpretations, and website design — is the exclusive property of AstroHealAI.com and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

Your personalized report is licensed to you for personal use only. You may not reproduce, publish, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from any part of our content without prior written consent.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Accuracy, completeness, or reliability of astrological interpretations
• Fitness for any particular purpose
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation of the website
• That results described in any report will be achieved

Astrological predictions are based on traditional Vedic principles and AI interpretation. They are not scientifically proven and should be treated as guidance for reflection, not fact.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AstroHealAI.com, its owners, employees, affiliates, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Any decisions made based on our reports (financial, medical, personal, professional)

• Any interruption or cessation of our services

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific report or service giving rise to the claim.

9. Health and medical disclaimer

Gemstone, mantra, herb, and dietary suggestions provided in our reports are rooted in traditional Vedic astrology and Ayurvedic practices. These suggestions:
